Over the years, I’ve heard many different goals of what people I work with would like their relationship with their body to look like.

I want to love my body.
I want to be at peace with my body.
I want to exist alongside and tolerate my body.
I want to accept my body.
I want to not have to think about my body.

Maybe one of these sounds familiar to you, or sounds really nice to you.

There are no inherently right or wrong ways to have a relationship with your body. But there are ways that are more or less painful. More or less freeing. More or less in alignment with the other things that are important to you in your life.

That’s what I’m passionate about – walking alongside you and helping you to discover how much bigger your life can become when you build a different kind of relationship with your body – whatever kind of relationship allows you to live by your values, focus on what’s important to you, and connect with the realest version of yourself.

In general, I take a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size approach, and I often help clients move towards body neutrality. Learn more about those topics here!
